Greetings Planetary Kin,
I am writing to you from the Headquarters of the Foundation for the Law
of Time. With the establishment of a public charity organization
registered in Oregon where we live, we finally have a stable base for
our operations with the Law of Time. This move is simply to bring
greater clarification of the 13:20 path of charity and generosity to the
Movement. As the primary spokesperson at the side of Valum Votan, I can
report to you that the President’s role in the Foundation has fit his
wave-form like a glove.
Please do not be confused about our movements. We are now in a position
to support all of you better as PAN Nodes, by creating a stable base of

try to develop myself in the following way: to be direct, to be
responsible and to cooperate. Direct in my communication. Responsible in
my actions. Cooperative with all other planetary kin regardless.
We have now completed the Seven Years of the Telektonon Prophecy of
Pacal Votan and we are in the Inverse Seventh of “Listen Again.” Since
the synchronic order is the truth, we may easily recognize that the
is perfectly in place. As Bolon Ik, I am impelled
to reach out to all kin with a message of the ever present need for more
self-love which is the root of compassion toward others. With the
Crystal Tone of Cooperation, we can listen again and contemplate:
without cooperation, we are dead in the water of false time. Only by
catalyzing our cooperation can we learn to operate according to the
truth of the synchronic order.
In the Dynamics of Time for Crystal Wind, 2.12, we read: “Instinct is
totally a function of T(E) = Art, and represents the “unconscious” order
of telepathy. While instinct is wholly rooted in the organic functions,
telepathy is independent of the organic operations of life.
Third-dimensional instinct inclines toward the formation of structures
of physical coherence. Fourth-dimensional telepathy is dissipative and
inclines toward radiative navigation in time.” How do we balance the
third-dimensional formality with the fourth-dimensional radial
navigation?
In order to answer this question, I turned again to Surfers of the
Zuvuya for some clues. I never cease to be amazed at the timeliness of
all of the teachings we have received from Votan. It is always important
to return to earlier source material and to connect the dots. Remember
that the Wave-form is the human holon. That in order to function
fourth-dimensionally, the Tzolkin is the harmonic module, the
fourth-dimensional gauge for our activities. Your Galactic Signature, as
a part of this gauge, actually exists independent of the form you embody
in any given moment in time. Yet this signature gives you a way to go
beyond your conditioned cultural form, your bias and your neurosis. In
my experience, it is always more painful to remain asleep then to accept
my Galactic Signature as Bolon Ik and to follow my holon in the play of
each moment.
Let’s face it planetary kin, every moment we all have free will choice,
to be negative or to be positive, to blame others or to take
responsibility for our own life and actions. That ever-present NOW is
always there for us, we have to make the choice.
Since you will be holding your White Wind Crystal Round tables, I would
simply like to recommend two readings from Surfers of the Zuvuya, For
spiritual inspiration, the first reading could be the Epilogue poem
entitled “Merlyn, A Song of the Crystal Earth.” Then since we are in the
Codon “Listen Again” for this first quarter of the Blue Galactic Storm
Year, it is certainly worth it to read from Surfers of the Zuvuya, the
whole of Chapter 7 entitled “Zen of the Clean Wave-Form.” This chapter
develops the method of the spirituality that wakes you up into the
greater dream.
